[PATCH v5 0/6] Introduce UBI block device

Hello! This series adds support for the UBI block device, which allows to read/write data block by block. For example, it can now be used for BCB or Android AB command: $ bcb load ubi 0 part_name Tested only on SPI NAND, so bind is made only for SPI NAND drivers. Insert /u-boot,<dto-name> = <index> property into the U-Boot control DT during SPL DTO application process. This can be used by user to inspect which DTOs got applied by the SPL and in which order from running U-Boot. [PATCH] Revert "zlib: Port fix for CVE-2016-9841 to U-Boot"

In commit 340fdf1303dc ("zlib: Port fix for CVE-2016-9841 to U-Boot") Michal brings in (correctly) the upstream fix for CVE-2016-9841. However, when upstream was fixing this issue they also removed a necessary optimization for some CPU classes as part of simplifying the code. This in turn leads to boot failures on the platforms as they now take too long to decompress images and so the watchdog sees the system as stuck. The long term fix here is as Christophe has posted, which is to restore the optimization. Given the nearness of the release, what I do here is very similar, result wise, but less so, code wise. This is a revert of Michal's commit _except_ we only allow for post-increment in the code, thus keeping the CVE resolved. For the next release this commit shall be reverted and then Christophe's patch applied. This largely reverts commit 340fdf1303dce7e5f53ddd981471836058ff23ef. [PATCH 2/3] rockchip: fix wrong PCI range address in rk3568 dtsi

One of the PCI ranges was wrong in this device tree. When testing with a FriendlyElec Nanopi R5C board, the 2nd ethernet interface (labelled "wan") was not working in u-boot because of that. [PATCH] zlib: Fix big performance regression

Commit 340fdf1303dc ("zlib: Port fix for CVE-2016-9841 to U-Boot") brings a big performance regression in inflate_fast(), which leads to watchdog timer reset on powerpc 8xx. It looks like that commit does more than what it describe, it especially removed an important optimisation that was doing copies using halfwords instead of bytes. That unexpected change multiplied by almost 4 the time spent in inflate_fast() and increased by 40% the overall time needed to uncompress linux kernel image. So partially revert that commit but keep post incrementation as it is the initial purpose of said commit. Missing eth1addr for Banana Pi BPI-R3

Hi, I have been investigating how to stop the MAC addresses on my Banana Pi BPI-R3 from changing on every boot. It appears the ethaddr and eth1addr environment variables are used for this purpose as they are randomly generated on first boot, then become fixed after being saved to the environment storage. However on my BPI-R3 I only see ethaddr which corresponds to the MT7530 switch device. There is no eth1addr for the other Ethernet device which is the SFP port. Thus Linux keeps generating a new MAC address for the SFP port. How do I get U-boot to generate eth1addr and assign a permanent MAC address to the SFP port? Thanks, Leith Bade leith(a)bade.nz

[PATCH 1/2] ARM: imx: Enable PCA953x driver on DH i.MX8MP DHCOM PDK2

Enable PCA953x GPIO expander driver in DH i.MX8MP DHCOM PDK2 configuration. The PCA9539 GPIO expander is used on production DH i.MX8MP DHCOM SoM rev.200. This is already enabled in DH i.MX8MP DHCOM PDK3 configuration so align the two configurations.
