[PATCH] power: axp209: Limit inrush current for A20-OLinuXino_MICRO

This commit enables the work done in commit ef52605e for the A20-OLinuXino_MICRO{,-eMMC} boards. It was previously used only for the A20-OLinuXino-Lime2{,-eMMC} boards but is also needed for the MICRO boards. Without this, the board consistently hangs upon reboot. Note that a cold boot works fine though. I don't have -eMMC board variant to double check but the quirk is most likely present as well so I patched configs/A20-OLinuXino_MICRO-eMMC_defconfig too. The issue occurs with revision G of the board and most likely previous revisions as well since the faulty capacitance on LDO3's output hasn't been modified since the initial release of the board. Hi all, This patch series adds USB host support for Raspberry Pi 4 board. It includes the Broadcom STB PCIe controller driver ported from Linux kernel, a memory mapping update for the xHCI controller on PCIe bus for 64-bit builds and some related fixes and updates in the usb/xhci and the pci driver core code. The 32-bit ARM part has be excluded from the series and will be posted separately. Always put the controller in reset, then take it out of reset. This is to make sure controller always in reset state in both SPL and proper Uboot. Simon asked for fit_image_write_sig() to always return an errno code, never an FDT code and suggested that this could be a follow-on patch. Rockchip-based Chromebooks support booting from SPI flash. It is annoying to have to manually build the SPI image when the SD image is built automatically. This feature is already available for x86 devices, so the existing mechanism is reused. Briefly, this allows a BUILD_ROM environment variable to be provided to indicate that any required binary blobs are present and it is safe to build the ROM. A new 'mkimage' type is added to binman to support building binaries containing mkimagem using a binman definition to configure it. This avoids Makefile/shell/Python code to do the same thing. This series also migrates some rockchip boards to use binman to produce their FIT as well, resulting in removing the fit_spl_optee.sh script.
