When I tried to run some new efi tests with pytest, efi_smbios_register() triggered a segmentation fault. Here is the location where it happened: efi_init_obj_list() efi_smbios_register() write_smbios_table() smbios_write_type4() smbios_write_type4_dm() where dev_get_parent_platdata() should return a pointer to struct cpu_platdata, but it is actually NULL because any cpu device on sandbox is attached to "root_driver." With this patch, this issue will be fixed by moving all the definitions of cpus under "cpus" node so that they have a "cpu_bus" parent. The reset function sets the pin to 0 then 1 but if the pin is marked ACTIVE_LOW in the DT it gets inverted and leaves the TPM in reset. Let the gpio driver take care of the reset polarity. Hi, This patch adds support for loading U-Boot on the Broadcom 7445D0 SoC, as a third stage bootloader loaded by Broadcom's BOLT bootloader. While this is only a partial port, it does enable some of U-Boot's flexibility on this SoC, functionality beyond what BOLT provides. Specifically, it brings: - ext4 file system traversal - support for loading FIT images - advanced scripting - support for FIT-provided DTBs instead of relying on the BOLT-provided DTB My team at Cisco is using a customized version of this port in production. The same approach may work on other BCM7xxx boards, with some configuration adjustments and memory layout experimentation. Stefan Roese reviewed (off-list) some early revisions of these changes. This patch is my attempt to rebase on the current U-Boot master branch. I'm submitting it in case there is interest in including this port in upstream U-Boot. This serie fix an issue with the required key on rsa signature. If a required key is defined, only FIT signed with this key should be accepted. right now, there is an issue with required key, u-boot may used others key than required key. The first commit add a test in vboot to check that u-boot don't allow FIT with another key than the required key. This test fails and show the issue. The second commit fix this issue with required key, so the test with required key succeed. Previously the SPL size on all iMX6 platforms was restricted to 68KB because the OCRAM size on iMX6SL/DL parts is only 128KB. However, the other iMX6 variants have 256KB of OCRAM. Add an option CONFIG_MX6_OCRAM_256KB which allows using the full size on boards which don't need to support the SL/DL variants. This allows for an SPL size of 196KB, which makes it much easier to use configurations such as SPL with driver model and FDT control.
