[U-Boot] [PATCH v2 0/5] Fixes/Addition to use the USB Ethernet gadget with the DWC3 gadget controller

This series implements 2 fixes to be able to use USB Ethernet gadget with the dwc3 driver. It also adds new commands to bind/unbind a device to/from a driver and update the 'dm tree' command to make it easier to use those new commands. The bind/unbind commands can be used to bind the DWC3 USB gadget to the usb_ether driver from the command line instead of relying on platform code. Built without a ROM image with FSP (u-boot.rom), the U-Boot loader applies the microcode update data block encoded in Device Tree to the bootstrap processor but not passed to the other CPUs when multiprocessing is enabled. [U-Boot] [RFC] sandbox: Enable 1:1 map

So far we've always had a split address space situation with "U-Boot addresses" (a number space starting from 0) and "host virtual addresses" (128MB mapped randomly in address space). This meant that we had to make sure all code is properly aware that addresses and pointers are not the same thing, so they must not cast between the two. However, most real boards do actually have a 1:1 map. So it's much easier to just expose the same in sandbox. So this patch maps sandbox RAM from 0x8000000-0x10000000. This address range fits just fine on both 32bit and 64bit systems. --- The patch is on top of my "efi-sandbox-v3" tree. But I'm sure it easily applies on vanilla too. Guys, I want to know if anyone is actively working on adding FIT support for SPL NOR. I have made some improvement (pending upstreaming) for LS1046ARDB QSPI boot. My target is to have falcon mode enabled for QSPI. This will give one dedicated example to use falcon mode with QSPI (SD/eMMC is already supported, but not enabled by default). If no one is working on SPL NOR code, I will add FIT support. York

This patch set augments Simon's patch set for efi_loader support in sandbox[1], but follows a different memory allocation scheme. Instead of keeping U-Boot (physical) addresses in the EFI memory map, this patch set makes the EFI memory map contain host virtual (virtual) addresses. That way most logic "just works" and all EFI interfaces automatically gain sandbox awareness. With this patch set in place, I can run a good chunk of the selftest suite as well as efi binaries compiled using gnu-efi.
