Hi, I have a somewhat embarassing question regarding u-boot and loading a ramdisk. I am trying to boot my board based on SEQUOIA using a kernel and ramdisk. I know the kernel and ramdisk image are good, since I used the same images for SEQUOIA. Below is a snippet of my boot sequence, including the error when trying to mount the ramdisk(initrd) After my board loads ramdisk, I can't see anything through console. What's wrong??? [U-Boot-Users] [PATCH] ppc4xx: Fix incorrect MODTx setup for some DIMM configurations

This patch fixes a problem with incorrect MODTx (On Die Termination) setup for a configuration with multiple DIMM's and multiple ranks. Without this change Katmai was unable to boot Linux with DDR2 frequency >= 533MHz and mem>=3GB. With this patch Katmai successfully boots Linux with DDR2 frequency = 640MHz and mem=4GB. We have noticed that there is no support in U-Boot for UBI in NAND flash. Within the next 6 months we will be implementing a project where the Linux kernel is loaded from a non-UBIFS UBI block. We would be interested in finding out if anyone else is involved in porting UBI across from Linux, so as to avoid duplication of effort.

This patch defines CFG_64BIT_VSPRINTF and CFG_64BIT_STRTOUL for all 440/460 platforms. This may be needed since those platforms support 36bit physical address space. Hello everybody, I just started to work on OMAP 3430 it with porting of LINUX 2.6 on a new board. thats how i proceed.. I have dowonload the following for OMAP3430 from this source ( http://focus.ti.com/general/docs/wtbu/wtbusplashcontent.tsp?templateId=6123… ) 2.6_kernel-v1.tar.gz u-boot-v1.0b.tar.gz x-load-v1.tar.gz and compiled using ARM TOOL chain to generate x-load.bin u-boot.bin vmlinux Now i have to flash these images into the target. 1.Can any one tell me the exact address location of flash where i should flash it.
