[U-Boot-Users] IXP425 patch primarily to improve PCI functionality

This patch updates the IXP425.

This is primarily to make the PCI stuff work better. For example, functions > 0 are not suppored without this patch nor do cmd_pci.c, cmd_ide.c, or i82365.c work without this patch.

This patch also includes additional chip select CFGs.

The patch is made against a 3.31.2005 cvs download.
