[PATCH 0/3] boards: ls1088aqds: transition to CONFIG_DM_ETH

This patch set targets to add support for CONFIG_DM_ETH for the NXP LS1088AQDS board. The main focus is on changing the DTS based on the SERDES protocol used. In order to accomplish this, the MULTI_DTB_FIT feature is employed and the appropriate DTS is chosed on boot from a list of predefined files. Any unnecessary configurations made for the DPAA2 ethernet devices in the board files are compiled out when CONFIG_DM_ETH is enabled. This is because any information necessary is available in its associated DTS node. This patch set depends on another series that adds support for DM_ETH in the ldpaa_eth driver and the RDB boards: https://patchwork.ozlabs.org/project/uboot/list/?series=165158&state=* For the moment, when CONFIG_DM_ETH is enabled DPAA2 networking is supported only for the SERDES block #1 protocol 21 (0x15) and protocol 29 (0x1d). [PATCH 00/19] Enable DM_ETH on some DPAA1 PowerPC platforms

This patch set enables DM_ETH on some of the DPAA1 PowerPC platforms. The required changes are added to the SoC and board device tree files. The TSEC MDIO, in use by the DPAA 1 platforms with FMan prior to v3, gets DM MDIO support. Only two platforms get the DM_ETH support enabled as they have a simpler HW layout, not making use of MDIO muxes that do not have support yet in DM. Clockgen and GPIO device tree were also added, as required. The remaining platforms will be converted as the dependencies will be met. Added an entry in the MAINTAINERS file for the PowerPC device tree include files added. [PATCH v2] configs: ls1021a: Append CMA configuration to bootargs

The default reserved memory for CMA is high memory. If LPAE is enabled, highmem pages are non-remapped and can not be used with dma_alloc_coherent. Reserving low memory for CMA is needed for LS1021A. [PATCH] gpio: emulate open drain & open source in dm_gpio_set_value()

Handle the GPIOD_OPEN_DRAIN & GPIOD_OPEN_SOURCE flags to emulate open drain and open source by setting the GPIO line as input depending on the requested value. The behaviour is taken from the Linux gpiolib. It notably permits enabling a GPIO regulator used as Open Drain on the Amlogic G12A/g12B/SM1 platforms for HDMI output feature.
