Some distributions use btrfs as the default file system.
Enable btrfs support by default when using distro boot for all
architectures but riscv, as it breaks compilation due to size problems.

XOM pins provide information for iROM bootloader about the boot device.
Those pins are mapped to lower bits of OP_MODE register (0x10000008),
which is common for all Exynos SoC variants. Set the default MMC device id
to reflect the boot device selected by XOM[7:5] pins (2 for the SD or 0 for
the eMMC).

Since commit 4213609cc7 ("drivers: core: use strcmp when find device by
name") one has to provide full name to get requested object. Fix the code
used to detect enable power regulators on Odroid boards to use proper PMIC
device device name then.

Fastboot specification [1] requires MMC to be filled with 0xFF's on
"fastboot erase" command:
erase:%s Erase the indicated partition (clear to 0xFFs)
Current "fastboot erase" implementation uses actual MMC erase operation
blk_derase(), which can fill MMC either with 0x00 or 0xFF, depending on
used MMC controller; from [2]:
The content of an explicitly erased memory range shall be '0' or '1'
depending on different memory technology.
For example, on BeagleBoard X15 it fills memory with '0'.
Furthermore, the minimal amount of memory blk_derase() can erase is
"erase group size", and it's usually 512 KiB or more. So if we try to
erase some partition which is smaller than 512 KiB, "fastboot erase"
won't work at all, due to alignment. It's good practice to align all
partitions to "erase group size" boundary, but it's not a strict
requirement, so we just can't use blk_derase() due to this restriction.
In order to provide the consistent way to erase partitions, adhere to
the fastboot spec, and fix erasing of small partitions, let's use
regular MMC write operation and fill the partition with 0xFF.

Currently the following SPL hang is observed:
U-Boot SPL 2020.01-rc5-00079-g797eee36a1 (Jan 06 2020 - 11:24:09 -0300)
Trying to boot from MMC1
Card did not respond to voltage select!
spl: mmc init failed with error: -95
SPL: failed to boot from all boot devices
### ERROR ### Please RESET the board ###
Fix it by moving the eSDHC2 initialization to SPL.
While at it, since this board uses DM_MMC all the esdhc board
code can be removed to make the code simpler.

Since commit d02be21d3004 ("i2c: imx_lpi2c: add ipg clk") getting
I2C clocks doesn't work. Add I2C IPG clock IDs to related switch
statements to fix it.
