Hi, As per the U-boot at what locations should the bootloader image and kernel image shall be placed in Flash memory?

The location of the U-Boot image is determined by your hardware (HRCW etc - i. e. where is the reset entry point). There are no restrictions or recommendations for the location of the Linux kernel image.
