I'm interested in adding NAND single bit error-correction support for the S3C2410 processor (and a Samsung K9F560* NAND flash). At the moment, it looks like cmd_nand.c hard-wires some alternate ECC scheme (is this for a Toshiba chip?). Is there any move towards trying to cleanly factor out the ECC code, or is my most direct path to simply hack my own version of cmd_nand.c?
