[U-Boot-Users] PATCH: Add support for booting file from dos diskettes

Dear Wolfgang,
You will find attached a patch that add the support of the dos diskette. It adds commands to boot a file from a dos diskette or from a subdirectory of a dos diskette and to list content from dos diskette.
fdosboot [offset] [filename]: boot a file from a dos diskette or from a subdirectory of the diskette. If the offset isn't specified, the file name must start wit the character " (as for the tftpboot command). The path of the filename is specified using the / as separator between directorie names.
fdosls [dir]: list the content of the dos diskette or of a subdirectory.
These two commands are embedded into U-Boot if CFG_CMD_FDOS is defined in CONFIG_COMMANDS.
The handling of the dos filesystem is inspired from mtools.

I think this extension needs some more work to make it more generally usable for other media holding a DOS filesystem, but because of lack of time I decided to add it as is (hoping somebody else will jump on it).
Ummm... please make sure to run the MAKEALL script before submitting a patch!!! Your patch broke support of a couple of boards (I fixed this).
Best regards,
