Changelog: * Removed compile time restriction on CFG_I2C_SPEED.
Explanation:
This file supports both DS1307 and DS1338 (same pinout and registers) and DS1338 is I2C Fast mode compliant while the file produced compile time error for CFG_I2C_SPEED > 100000. No change in code produced!

Added, but only for DS1338 RTC.
