[U-Boot-Users] [PATCH] fix fw_setenv with uninitialised environment

In tools/env/fw_env.c when the environment is uninitialised, and the default_environment[] array is used instead, if a setenv is done there is a good chance that the array bounds will be exceeded. Cheers! Murray...
