[U-Boot] Please pull u-boot-dm.git

Hi Tom,
This pull includes driver model implementations for serial (uclass, sandbox and Tegra) as well as GPIO for Tegra, I've held off on exynos until we resolve some questions there. I'm not 100% sure it will make the release.
