[U-Boot] [PATCH] sandbox: Set CONFIG_SYS_CPU
Give a valid value here as well to allow things which want CONFIG_ENV_VARS_UBOOT_CONFIG to build

I need this for the patch to have EFI have be able to create a fall back FDT to try in config_distro_bootcmd so I'll be applying this shortly.
