I'm doing some work on the MPC8313, while not using the PCI bus. In order to compute the correct clocks I must set HRCWH_PCI_HOST in my configuration in order to compute the correct clock values (U-Boot clocks command, and startup message). I can live with PCI_HOST, so I will leave this on, but it might be nice to fix it in case someone wants to use this processor as PCI Agent...
