[U-Boot] [PATCH 1/1] cmd: disable CMD_NVEDIT_EFI by default

The growth of the UEFI sub-system leads to build failures for systems with strict limits on the U-Boot image size.
CMD_NVEDIT_EFI supports displaying and editing of UEFI variables. The setting is not needed for booting. Disabling it by default reduces the size of the U-Boot image by 2 KiB.
