Flash: which manufacturer? - which type? - how many chips ? - which bus width? SDRAM: which manufacturer? - which type? - how many chips ? - which bus width? SDRAM: which manufacturer? - which type? - how many chips ? - which bus width? Ethernet: on SCC or FEC? - which PHY? ...

Sorry, but this is something which requires intimate knowledge of your hardware, and thus it can be done only by you.
