Just like for v2018.03-rc3, we're a day late. That's just on me, sorry. Things are looking good for final release on May 7th. I might be able to pull in one or two more Kconfig migrations if I can be sure about the lack of size changes.

I see there's a lot of stuff that's ready to come in once the release happens which is good. I also plan to right away switch travis-ci over to using gcc-7.3 for builds, once the release happens.
