[U-Boot] u-boot built with gcc5 dies in memcpy()

Hi,
When using u-boot's HEAD built with GCC 5, it hangs on the memcpy() after reading u-boot.img from MMC card.
Unfortunately I won't be able to spend a lot of time debugging this, so I thought I'd report.
