[U-Boot] [PATCH v3 16/17] binman: Move to use Python 3
Update this tool to use Python 3 to meet the 2020 deadline.
This problem in pylibfdt is now fixed.

For what it's worth I tested this series with 2020-rc1 on Fedora 32 with python3 and it built all our various supported configs.
