'/usr/lib/gcc-lib/i686-pc-cygwin/3.3.1/include/stddef.h', needed by 'img2srec.o'. Stop.
img2srec is a utility for host machine. Host gcc compiler is used to compile it. On cygwin no stddef.h exists. That is why you got the message.
