[U-Boot] iMX51 - help on running u-boot out of SPI NOR flash

Hello,
I would like to know if someone knows if it is possible to run u-boot out of SPI NOR flash on the iMX51. If so, how to do it? I am pretty much a beginner.

Yes, it works. The patchset I sent to the ML for the mx51evk supports u-boot loaded on SPI NOR or SD card. The processor can boot from any of these devices.
