[U-Boot-Users] Patch: Dynamic clock settings for MPC866 and newer chips

The attached patch makes it possible to set clock on MPC866/MPC885 series chips according to cpuclk environment variable. This is generalisation of Wolfgang's mechanism which was implemented for TQM866M board.
