[U-Boot] [PATCH] mmc: Delete unused driver ftsdc021_sdhci

CONFIG_FTSDC021 is not defined anywhere. So ftsdc021_sdhci.c is never compiled.

Sorry, it's my bad to send out FTSDC021 patch before committing the corresponding platforms. The corresponding Faraday SoC platforms should be soon committed into u-boot-arm. (I wish...)
