http://www.codesourcery.com/ is a good spot and has done much of the front line work. ARM Ltd also had downloads on their web site.

The current u-boot default for 2420 is set to ARMv5 now to allow more compilers to work. There isn't a strong need to have a v6 capable tool chain at this level. The only thing to watch out for is option usage change. There was a recent patch submission to the entire u-boot ARM tree which takes care of that.
