The main structural change was to move the board specific serial init out of the common drivers/serial/ns16550.c and into the board file board/omap3/zoom2/zoom2_serial.c.

Some fixes spawned fixes in other omap boards.

Last patch is to follow change to recent renaming of OMAP time divisor.
