[U-Boot] [PATCH] serial: UniPhier: borrow macros from linux/serial_reg.h

The same bit-field macros are defined in include/linux/serial_reg.h so let's include it and delete duplicated defines.
Also, remove unnecessary inclusion of <common.h>.
