I've got an IMX8MM board that I'm trying to add support for which has 512MB of LPDDR4 DRAM. I've run through the NXP dram calibration and stress test fine and added the dram config from the NXP tool into U-Boot but I'm finding the board is hanging somewhere in the SPL (after dram_init but likely where/when the SPL starts using DRAM).

Is there any reason I should be having difficulty with an IMX8MM with less than 1GiB of DRAM? All the boards I see support for are 1, 2, 3, or 4GiB.
