Hey all,
I've put v2013.10-rc3 out and tarballs should be out soon.
I wasn't able to get as much re-syncing done myself as I hoped as some other issue arose, but I'll get my own queue cleaned out, both for TI and for general bits in time for rc4.
Please let us all know if something has stopped working.

Tarball is out on the FTP server, see [1].
