The default baudrate of Bubinga405ep in u-boot is 115200, maybe you should check your serial terminal setting first.

I rebuilt uboot for the Bubinga board and it seems to work but I get garbage on the serial terminal window. Has anyone successfully run uboot on the IBM Bubinga board?

Any help would be appreciated,
