[U-Boot] MPC5200 custodianship

I've found that I'm just not good at splitting my focus between U-Boot and the kernel. I've asked John if he'd like to take responsibility for all of 5xxx support, not just 5121, and he said "sure". Is that okay by you?

After thinking a bit about this, and discussion it again with John, I decided to agree.
As a side effect we will drop the mpc512x custodian repository and heandle it (again) as part of the mpc5xxx repo.
