[PATCH v2] x86: chromebook_coral: Fix a build error

At present coral does not build due to a missing header file. The need for this was introduced recently on master. Fix it.

Thanks! This patch has not arrived to mainline yet, so I will squash this commit into e9a32698517 on u-boot-x86/master.
