[U-Boot-Users] problems with "make all" in cygwin

Dear all!
I got some major problem with compiling u-boot 1.1.4 under cygwin with th e make all command for bamboo board @ ppc440ep, because i can´t get an appropriate cross-compiler like powerpc-linux-gcc or similar.
'make distclean' and 'make bamboo_config' works properly but when entering 'make all':
cygwin prompts when executing powerpc-linux-gcc:
powerpc-linux-gcc: installation problem, cannot exec 'cpp0': No such file or directory
this leads to:: make[1]: ***[.depend] Error 1 and make: ***[.depend] Error 2
Best regards for your help!

Don't use cygwin then. See signature below.
