The micrel drivers are available at drivers/net/phy/micrel.c inside U-Boot, and as you can see there is no support for ksz8873 there yet.

You can look at the kernel source code (drivers/net/phy/micrel.c), which supports ksz8873 since commit 93272e07d8539 ("net: add micrel KSZ8873MLL switch support"). This can help you to port the driver to U-Boot.
