I'm developimg Linux DSTB based on ATI Xilleon (MIPS32). And, i will port to U-Boot on it. But, continuelly my try failed.

Could it be ATI is not disclosing enough technical documentation? (o;

My sistem is little endian ordered.

Do you have the planning for the ATI Xilleon or MIPS32 (4K or 4KE) little endian system?
