Fix the device tree name for the Pine64+ for the naming that's going into the upstream kernel.

While this is a proper observation, it will not help just to fix the name, as U-Boot's build process will look for matching files in the U-Boot tree as well. And the DT is obsolete as well.
I have patches ready to fix this properly and will send them later today.
