I know I'm doing this on Friday not Monday, sorry, got a bit off track this week. I've tagged v2016.07-rc3 and it's on git and I expect it to be on the FTP sites once Wolfgang has a chance.

We've brought in some PSCI changes that I had promised could come in this release but I hadn't picked up, and a number of other bugfixes. All in all I'm happy with the delta between -rc2 and -rc3. I plan on doing the final release on the 11th still so please use the intervening time to give all of your boards a test and looking for fallout. Thanks!
