Just wanted to let people know (if interested)

It IS possible to use 512MByte of memory PER chip select in Page Based Interleave mode on a Motorola MPC8266 Just tested it on a MPC8266ADS with a high density 512MB DIMM stick.

It did require a minor hardware mod to the board, as Motorola hadn't hooked up the 13th row address line. I'll post the SW and HW patch for the ADS board soon.
