[U-Boot-Users] run command and autoscr.

Hi
I'm trying to use the run command, can someone send me an example for this, with short explanation?? ->can I use it with out defining the env parameter through the command line?? can I define it in the h file??
I'm also trying to use the autoscr, can someone send me an example for this, with short explanation??
