[ANN] U-Boot v2022.04-rc5 released

Hey all,
It's release day and so here's v2022.04-rc5. The release itself is next week and the next branch is open. I've merged all regression and critical fixes I know of so if something else is missing please speak up as soon as possible.
In terms of a changelog, git log --merges v2022.04-rc4..v2022.04-rc5 contains what I've pulled but as always, better PR messages and tags will provide better results here.
The next release will be the final one in this cycle, April 4th 2022. Thanks all!

I plan this in next as new feature (new board), I get from Marek and others to pick up some fixes, but no new features.

This comes from weeks ago, I can not consider a new feature on this board. This was ok if it was submitted only one month ago. Version 3 was already there for a long time.

The tar file is incorrectly named with the middle numbers in the year the wrong way about u-boot-2202.04-rc5.tar.bz2

:headdesk: I caught the tag being wrong but forgot that part too. I'll re-upload shortly.

The directory is wrong too but I'm guessing you knew that already given the generation process.

Correct. I've re-run that part of the process and uploaded. It should be live now.

What is the status of the ACPI series that broke at least Edison at rc1 time? Simon never returned to me with answers to my questions.
P.S. I'll re-test today rc5.
