To boot the binary compressed file. i am using the "tftp ...;bootm"

For use with U-Boot, an "uImage" file should be generated to  include
things like timestamp, name, and checksums.
Of course it is possible to do without this,  but  this  is  not  how
U-Boot is intended to be used.
