These were a complete patch-set against master on the day the patches were submitted (i.e. please check the mailing-list archive for the details). Our internal GIT has these changes on 2017.03-rc3 (i.e. not that old) and I don’t see a reason why these changes should not easily integrate into today’s code base.

Our in-house U-Boot for our Allwinner boards is frozen, so there’s no active development on those branches at the moment. As of now, my team and I are focussed on our Rockchip boards (I am one of the u-boot-rockchip custodians days)…
