[U-Boot-Users] 440gx_enet.c patch for use with netconsole
This patch fixes the 440gx_enet driver for use with netconsole, as well as a ZMII/RMII bridge fix.
The maintainer of the 405gp_enet driver may want to back port the 'netconsole' fix as well.
These changes were tested on the IBM 440GX reference board (ocotea).

This allows the use of netconsole - only print the speed/duplex the first time the phy is reset.
