Improve the definitions of CFG_ENV_ADDR and CFG_ENV_SECT_SIZE for all currently-defined Freescale 83xx boards. This change guarantees that the environment will be located after the U-Boot image, as long as CFG_MONITOR_LEN is correct (i.e. larger than the filesize of u-boot.bin).

Added comments to the definitions of CFG_MONITOR_LEN to specify that it must be a multiple of CFG_ENV_SECT_SIZE. Fixed the value of CFG_ENV_SECT_SIZE for the MPC8360E-mDS.
