[U-Boot-Users] Support for new Motorola chips 8247/48/71/72 and MPC8272ADS board

This patch adds support for new members of Motorola PowerQUICC II family (MPC8247/48/71/72) and new Motorola evaluation board MPC8272ADS which is a derivative of MPC8260ADS.
CHANGELOG:
- Add support for MPC8272 family including MPC8247/8248/8271/8272 - Add support for MPC8272ADS evaluation board (another flavour of MPC8260ADS) - Change configuration method for MPC8260ADS family

Thanks, added - except for the modification to the cpu/mpc8260/commproc.c file; please explain why you think the CPM_DATAONLY_SIZE redefine can be omitted?
