[BUG] Pinebook Pro won't boot since ac804143cf, regression from -rc1

Hi all,
Starting with: ac804143cf (refs/bisect/bad) mmc: rockchip_sdhci: add phy and clock config for rk3399 Pinebook Pro won't boot. U-boot is installed on the internal MMC, the serial console shows this:

Hi Tomasz,
I'm hitting the same issue with a custom 3399 based board, did you ever get to the bottom of it?
