[U-Boot-Users] [PATCH]: Fix partition initialization for SystemACE

This patch seems to have gotten lost in the frey. It properly initializes the partition table structure for SystemACE devices. Without it, partition commands to not work properly.

It appears that my patch that fixed this is missing also.
I also had to make changes to work around the problem whereby the MPU interface on the SystemACE gets stuck unless you put in the configuration controller in reset. Here is a small patch that fixes that problem.
