It's been bothering me for a bit, and despite the day of the year it is today, I finally got around to doing something. Anything in patchwork that was from 2014 or older and still "New" (or "Under Review") but not actually merged in, I have marked as deferred. If there was something there of yours, please re-submit against current master (make sure you migrate things to Kconfig as appropriate!) and so forth, thanks and sorry.
