From where I can get the UBOOT code for SPEAr1310 evaluation board. I m
first time working on UBOOT thing. kindly direct me to the appropriate link where I can download this for SPEAr1310.

This code has not been pushed into mainline yet.
You can try and use the code from STM's git repository.
